A great year of love! A newlywed’s experience 

As a newlywed, there was no better way to spend my first Christmas with my spouse than aboard the Hurlingham, one of Thames Party Boats‘ most distinguished vessels. This was one of the most extraordinary experiences of our life, made even more memorable by the boat’s expert crew and event organizers, who ensured we had the finest time imaginable.

The boat was wonderfully decorated for Christmas and filled with fairy lights, providing a comfortable and enchanting environment. Friendly and welcoming employees greeted us and escorted us to a table with crackers, hats, and party poppers for us to enjoy. The Christmas-themed buffet was delicious, with something for everyone – prawn cocktails, turkey, steak, roasted veggies, and the classic Christmas pudding. 

The Hurlingham’s event organizers ensured the night was fun and exciting. We had a great time dancing the night away to great music presented by a competent DJ who took requests from the audience. The night’s entertainment was fantastic, with live performances by a band and a magician who surprised us all with his amazing tricks.

The Thames River was breathtaking, and the nighttime views of the London cityscape were spectacular. Furthermore, the boat made stops along the trip to allow passengers to enjoy the magnificent scenery along the Thames.

The Hurlingham crew was polite and accommodating, making us feel at ease and ensuring we had the most outstanding experience onboard. The well-trained bartenders ensured that no one went thirsty throughout the night. The entire event was flawless, and I can’t help but admire the professionalism of Hurlingham’s crew and event organizers.

Overall, the Thames Party Boats’ Christmas event on the Hurlingham was ideal for my husband and me to spend our first Christmas together. The boat, crew, entertainment, and food exceeded our expectations, making it a once-in-a-lifetime event.

The memories made aboard the Hurlingham will be treasured for the rest of my life, and I am grateful to the entire Thames Party Boats staff for making our first Christmas as a married couple nothing short of spectacular.
